Fast Eating.

Alot of you are extremely busy during the day,so finding something healthy on the go could be a challenge.Even though I slept through out the entire class,here's a trick I learn in my nutrition class.

Let's say you're eating at Burger King and you want to make your sloppy burger healthy here's a trick -
I order a  grilled chicken sandwich instead of using mayo, I had mustard; which is less fattening.I had the super patient burger girl,place extra tomatoes on the burger.I substitute the french fries for a pack of apple slices and the soda for a bottle water.At Burger King,I also got a whole wheat bun instead white bread.

Eating Healthy on the go isn't hard,just be aware of what are the ingredients in your food.If you don't know it always ok to ask question,after all you are spending your money.

Quick Tip: Most fast food restaurant have nutrition value guide.ASK FOR IT :)

Who is your blogger

I'am the one and only Shenelta Williams;literally I have never heard any one else with my name.I'm was born in Georgetown,Guyana.My family and I later migrated to the USA when I was 12 yrs.Like ever other West Indian that moved to America we lived in Brooklyn,NY for a few years.We then  moved Lubbock,Texas where I finished High school and started collage.I'm married to Dellon Williams(Mr.Trinidad,his sexy call name lol).My favourtie thing in this world is FOOD-all of it,any kind, any color,and texture,it doesn't not matter where its from;I just love heatly,good tasting food.
